Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") carefully before participating in the Challenge. By entering, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Challenge.

1. Sponsor

The Challenge is sponsored by x12show.com ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

• The Challenge is open only to Indian residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and those living in the same household are not eligible.
• Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Entrants must have a valid email address and access to the internet.

3. Challenge Period

Spot the AI challenge valid only for 24HRS. All entries must be received within this period. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the period at its discretion.

4. How to Enter

• Visit x12show.com (or the designated challenge page) during the Challenge Period.
• Answer the question(s) presented correctly/completely as per the instructions.
• Provide accurate personal details (full name, email ID, phone number, and any other required fields).
• Submit the entry form. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise specified. Multiple entries from the same person/IP may be disqualified.
• Entries must be original and submitted by the entrant. Automated, robotic, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

• Ten (10) Prizes: 10 lucky winners will get ₹10,000 each.
• Total prize pool: ₹1,00,000.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except as stated.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries.
• Selection will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated judges, whose decisions are final.
• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 working days after the end of the Challenge Period or the relevant selection round.
• If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, is unreachable, or fails to provide required verification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. Prize Claim & Verification

• Winners must provide proof of identity, age, and residency (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or other government-issued ID) and sign any required affidavits or release forms.
• Prize will be disbursed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI to the winner's verified Indian bank account within 30 days of verification.
• All taxes, TDS (as applicable under Indian Income Tax laws), and other governmental charges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may deduct applicable TDS before disbursement.

8. Publicity

By entering, winners consent to the use of their name, image, voice, likeness, entry, and statements by Sponsor for promotional purposes (including on social media, website, and marketing materials) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Release of Liability & Limitations

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Challenge, prize acceptance/use, or any technical malfunctions.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures, network issues, or unauthorized human intervention.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these T&Cs, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. General Conditions

• This Challenge is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Sponsor.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Challenge if any fraud, virus, bug, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Challenge.
• The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
